The conference took place in Geneva on 19 and 20 March at the World Meteorological Organisation (WMO), 7bis, ave. de la Paix, 1211 Geneva 2, Switzerland.

Accreditation and Registration
Journalists accredited at the United Nations who wished to cover the 3C Conference 2009 in Geneva did not need to apply for accreditation.
Other journalists representing mass media outlets who wished to cover the 3C Conference 2009
were kindly requested to fill in the media accreditation form and submit it by mail or fax together with a copy of a valid press card or a letter of assignment on official letterhead from the editor or the bureau chief of a recognized media outlet to: 3C@deza.admin.ch, Fax +41 (0) 43 444 48 29.

Press registration opened on Thursday, 19 March 08:00h at the World Meteorological Organisation (WMO). Journalists received their personal badge, the final programme and other relevant information on the conference.
