The official Conference hotel was the Hotel Intercontinental***** which is situated at less than 1 km from the Conference venue. Additional block bookings were made in a number of other Geneva hotels.

Media Room
Media professionals could use the media room (Salle B) at the World Meteorological Organisation (WMO), the conference venue. It offered a work area, internet access and useful information.
